1. Acceptance

By accessing or using OdishaAI Marketplace ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create a seller account. By registering, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Misleading or false descriptions are prohibited.
• You must own or have the rights to sell or license any product you list.
• You must not list illegal content, malware, infringing software, or anything that violates applicable law.
• You must respond to buyer enquiries in good faith.

4. Review & Moderation

All listings go through community review before going live. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or delist any listing at our discretion without liability.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake listings or fraudulent seller profiles
• Spamming buyers or other sellers
• Attempting to circumvent the OTP authentication system
• Scraping the platform without permission
• Listing products that infringe intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

Listings and their content remain the intellectual property of the seller. By publishing a listing, you grant OdishaAI Marketplace a non-exclusive licence to display your listing content on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

OdishaAI Marketplace is a discovery platform only. We are not party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We make no warranties about the quality, accuracy, or legality of listed products. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Odisha, India.
