1. What We Collect

When you register as a seller, we collect your name, email address, organisation name, and location. When you submit a listing, we collect the listing content you provide. When buyers contact sellers, we store the enquiry message, name, and email of the buyer.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Email address — used for OTP authentication, enquiry notifications, and approval/rejection notifications. Never shared with third parties for marketing.
• Listing content — displayed publicly on the marketplace to enable discovery by buyers.
• Enquiries — stored so sellers can view and respond; not shared beyond the relevant seller.

3. Email Communication

We send transactional emails only: OTP codes for login/registration, enquiry notifications when a buyer contacts you, and listing status updates (approved/rejected). We do not send marketing emails.

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie (Django's default session framework) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure hosted in India. All connections are encrypted in transit.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days.

Listings may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
